How to Order from Uniformed Scrubs

We make it easy for you to navigate our site, when browsing our website you can chose various ways.

Browse the manufacturers:

If you know the name of the manufacturer you would like to see products of such as Cherokee Scrubs, Adar Uniforms, Dickies Scrubs, please see the left panel on the website under Manufacturers, or you can click on Brands at the top of the navigation bar.

Browse By Products:

At the top navigation menu you will find the links to Women's Scrubs, Men's Scrubs, Lab Coats & Jackets, you can browse the products in appropriate departments. Each department will also have additional departments such as Scrub Tops for Women, Print Scrub Tops, Scrub Pants for Women, Scrub Pants for Men etc. These departments will list the products in various listings, you can chose to list the products by price, name, reviews and more.

Browse by Search:

If you have seen a product in a retail store or another website and you know the product code, or style or name, you can use the search box located at the top of the navigation bar for easy access. For example you can type "Cherokee Jewel Neck Top" and the specific products will be displayed.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, any check/debit card that has the logo of any of the above providers. We also accept Paypal payments for ease of use, in the future we can implement other payment methods such as Google Wallet, Square etc, which will be available for you at the checkout screen.

Shipping and Delivery of your Purchase

These terms are for in-stock items:

We will ship your items via USPS Ground or USPS Priority unless you have chosen a different form of shipment when placing your order.

USPS Ground/Standard Ground shipments are delivered in approximately 10-12 business days.
USPS Priority shipments are delivered in approximately 5-7 business days. Not available for Hawaii and Alaska.

If the item you have purchased is out of stock please add 3 business days to delivery time frame. We may direct ship your items from the manufacturer if we do not have them in stock, this may lead to multiple shipments for your purchase. Example: If you purchased 5 items, and we have 3 in stock, you will receive a shipment for 3 items, and another for 2 items which may come directly from the manufacturer.

Out of stock or back-ordered items:

If the item you have purchased is out of stock and can not be ordered from the manufacturer (discontinued, non-orderable items) we will not ship the item and issue a refund for the out of stock item, meanwhile the items that are in stock will be shipped and you will be charged for those items. If you have placed an order that contains multiple items that are in stock, but items that are out of stock, the in stock items will be shipped, while a refund may be issued for out of stock items back to your payment method depending on the estimated time of shipment of such items. For items that are out of stock but will be received in the near future we will communicate the alternatives with you.

Returns and Exchanges:

We strive towards your full satisfaction, so we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. The items that can be returned or exchanged must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached. We can not accept items for refund or exchange if they don't meet the above criteria. Orders that have "free gift" or promotional additions, for full refund you need to return all items that were included in the delivery, including the free or promotional item that was delivered.

How to return/exchange an item?

Please login to your account at www.uniformedscrubs.com and locate the order that you want to return/exchange, then open a new ticket. This will allow our customer service to complete the request . You can also contact the customer service at [email protected] for returns and exchanges. State the item(s) you want to return/exchange, and we will provide the details. You then will ship the items to our mailing address which will be provided along with the copy of your receipt and the RMA code. If you have promotional items that were included in your order you need to return them as well. All items that are being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and other included materials (warranties, instructions etc) and must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

We can not accept personalized, embroidered, wash, worn, used items back for returns or exchanges.

For exchanges we will ship the new items to you free of charge. You will need to send the items back to us in the conditions that fit return/exchange guidelines. Please allow 5 business days for exchanges to be processed.

Please make sure to use delivery tracking or confirmation when you ship the items back to us, we are not able to take responsibility for lost return shipments.

Please allow 14 business days to process your return and 5 business days to process your exchange.

Price Match Guarantee

We believe that you should get the best value while shopping at UniformedScrubs so we are offering a price match guarantee for all of the items that you order from us at www.uniformedscrubs.com

How it works:

Price match guarantee covers every single item we have for sale, sizes, colors and models must match the product that is in request. Our website uses direct manufacturer product codes, and we only match the products that have the same product codes, not descriptions. As the manufacturers may use same color on various products that the styles may look very similar, we therefore use the direct manufacturer product codes. For example you may see CH-2316 which means Cherokee Scrubs product code 2316, or CH-2875C_ABFW which is Cherokee Scrubs product code 2875C in Above the Flowers print scrub top. If you see the exact same product you have purchased from us being sold in another online retailer we will price match. If you have purchased it from us we will issue the difference back to your method of payment.

To be able to get price match the following conditions and terms must be met;

If you have purchased the product from us already, we will price match within 30 days. In the 30 days from the date of your purchase if the same product is sold for a cheaper price please contact us by sending an email to customerservice @ uniformedscrubs.com and provide the direct link of the online retailer that sells the same product for price match. Online retailer must have their own domain name and their own shopping cart in the same domain name where the purchases are completed, we will not be able to price match products that are sold in marketplaces such as Ebay, Amazon, etc.

The price match item must be the exact same item where the product codes must match. If the competing retailer does not have the product code of the manufacturer listed on their website we can not fulfill price match guarantee.

The price match item can not be an item that we sell with promotions, such as buy X scrub top and get Y scrub top for free. The price match must be for items that are sold in regular price without promotional additions or discounts.

The price match item that is located in competing online retailer must be a regular priced item. If the competing retailer is having clearance, coupon, annual, seasonal sale events we can not price match the item, as we also run such sale events where we lower the sale price of certain items.

The price match item can not be price matched if the competing retailer is lowering the price via coupon or other forms of special discounts.
