Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Items can be returned or exchanges within 15 days of delivery. For returns and exchanges to be completed original packing invoice must be included. We will not accept any items that are not in their original condition for return or exchange. Items to be returned must be in original condition, all tags attached, never used, washed, or altered in any manner. Items that are returned but not fit the return and exchange policy will only be shipped back to the customer if the customer provides a payment for the shipment back.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If your order did not qualify for the free shipping, your return will only be for the price paid for the item. If you have used any coupons during your order the coupon percentage will be deducted from the return amount. Customer is responsible for the shipment of the item back to Uniformed Scrubs for return or exchange. Please allow up to 15 days for processing of returns and exchanges.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be completed via your shopping account. Just sign in to your account and request a return or exchange authorization. You can also request the authorization via sending an email to [email protected]. We can not process returns or exchanges without the prior request. This process will allow us to process your request in the most efficient manner.

Shipments for Returns and Exchanges

Please ship the item(s) you want to return for credit or for exchange via shipment method of your choice, USPS, FedEx or UPS. We would recommend you to insure your package and ship with tracking information as Uniformed Scrubs will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages that are returned to us. Once we receive your shipment we will inspect the items to make sure they fit the condition for return and/or exchange. Once items are checked we will process your request. Refunds will be to the payment method you have chosen, so if you paid with a specific credit card, you will receive your refund on the same credit card. Shipping and handling fees are not available to be refunded. Please allow 2 business days from the refund issue to show up in your payment method statement.

Exchange items will be done directly for items that are of same or lesser value. Items that are requested for exchange if are more than the value of the original item, customer will be responsible for providing the difference. We do not charge handling and shipping fees for shipment of the exchange item.
